Samsung's much-anticipated tri-fold smartphone might be coming later than recently reported. According to new information out of Korea, the device will be announced next month at the earliest, and is due to be released in November. This comes contrary to what we heard yesterday, when the same source, weirdly enough, claimed it would be going official by the end of this month.
