Vivo X300 and X300 Pro arrived with excellent specs
Display
Let’s get started with the vanilla X300. The Vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO 120Hz display with 1216 x 2640 pixels resolution. The display offers 2160Hz PWM, HDR10+ support, and up to 45000nits of peak brightness, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The compact X300 is 7.95mm thick and weighs 190 g. You can choose it in four color options: Black, Blue, Pink, and Purple color options.
In contrast, the Vivo X300 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO 120Hz panel that offers 1260 x 2800 pixels resolution, HDR10+ support, 4500 nits peak brightness, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The flagship vivo X300 Pro weighs 226g and is 7.99mm in thickness. It is available in Black, Brown, Blue, and White color options.
Performance and OS
The standard X300 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, coupled with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. On the other hand, the Pro variant comes with the same chipset but is paired with vivo’s V3+ imaging chip and up to 1TB internal storage. Both of them will run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
Camera
This photography maestro duo comes with a huge camera upgrade over its predecessors. Beginning with the standard one, the Vivo X300 has a triple camera setup on the back comprising a 200MP primary camera (Samsung HPB sensor), a 50MP 1/1.95-inch Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto camera, and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera.

The premium variant also comes with a triple camera setup with some advanced sensors. On the rear panel, the Vivo X300 Pro has a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main (with gimbal OIS), a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide unit, and a new 200MP 1/1.4-inch Samsung HPB sensor for its telephoto camera.
Both of these devices use the JN1 sensor for a 50MP selfie camera on the front.
Battery and other features
The X300 sports a 6,040 mAh battery, and the Pro variant has a bigger 6,510 mAh battery. Both offer 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support.
Among other features, there are 1P68/1P68 rating, dual stereo speakers, Bluetooth 6.0, USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port, and Wi-Fi 6.
