Redmi recently launched the Note 17 Pro in China with up to 12GB RAM and a massive 9,000mAh battery. Now, the global variant has surfaced online, revealing lower memory options and a slightly smaller battery.
Global Redmi Note 17 Pro details leak
According to an import and export database, the global Redmi Note 17 Pro carries the model number 2607DRA18G. The listing reveals two memory variants: 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. In comparison, the Chinese model is available with 8GB or 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
The Chinese version uses the model number 2607DRA18C, where the “C” indicates the China market. The “G” suffix points to the global model.

Interestingly, Xiaomi also appears to be preparing a POCO-branded version of the same phone. The leaked model number, 2607DPC18G, suggests it could launch under the POCO lineup. However, the final marketing name remains unknown. Recent reports already hinted that the Chinese Redmi Note 17 could debut globally as the POCO M8 Power.

The leak also suggests that the global Redmi Note 17 Pro could pack an 8,340mAh rated battery. Xiaomi will likely market it as an 8,500mAh battery. That’s smaller than the 9,000mAh battery found on the Chinese variant. However, previous reports claim the Indian model may still retain the larger 9,000mAh battery.
Xiaomi has yet to announce the global launch timeline for the Redmi Note 17 Pro. More details are expected to surface in the coming weeks.
